PRIVACY AND POLICY

Custech Machinary has established a Privacy Policy to explain to users how their information is collected and used. User's use of the Custech Machinary system or the Services signifies acknowledgment of and agreement to Custech Machinary's Privacy Policy. Custech Machinary's further acknowledge and agree that Custech Machinary may disclose User's personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this Agreement, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Custech Machinary, its employees, users and third parties, and the public, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

User Account and Password

Once Member register for Custech Machinary, User will have a password and an account with Custech Machinary. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's password and account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User's account. Userr agrees to immediately notify Resume Management System of any unauthorized use of User's account or any other breach of security known to Member.

Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents and Intellectual Property Rights

User acknowledges that messages, files or other materials ("Content") contained on the Custech Machinary website and within Custech Machinary email messages, and third party advertisements on the website and distributed via email, of a commercial nature and presented to User by Custech Machinary and the Services, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Custech Machinary Content or third party Content without expressly being authorized to do so by Tagged or the third party advertiser. User may make a copy of the Custech Machinary Content or third party Content for User's personal, noncommercial use only, provided that Member keeps all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. Although Custech Machinary does not claim ownership of content that its Member's may provide to Tagged, by providing content to Custech Machinary, Members automatically grant, and represent and warrant that they have the right to grant, to Custech Machinary a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, and fully sublicenseable, license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said content.

Custech Machinary respects copyright law and expects Users to do the same. Illegal or unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated.

Identify the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; Identify the material on Tagged that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on the website; A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (a) the above information in your Notice is accurate, and (b) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner; Your address, telephone number, and email address; and Your physical or electronic signature.
